6 teas to fight insomnia and sleep better

Chamomile, valerian and lemon balm teas are excellent for fighting insomnia and sleeping better, as they have soothing properties that help relax your muscles and mind.

1. Chamomile and linden tea

Ingredients

  • 1 spoon of chamomile ;

How to make it: Put all the ingredients in a pan and boil for approximately 15 minutes, wait for it to cool, strain and drink 1 cup at night, before going to sleep.

How to make it: Boil 1 liter of water and add 1 tablespoon of valerian, letting it stand for 5 minutes, strain and then take it.

3. Lemon balm tea

How to make it: Boil 1 liter of water and add 1 tablespoon of lemon balm, allowing to stand for 5 minutes, strain and take next.

4. Insomnia tea in pregnancy

A good recipe for tea for insomnia in pregnancy is lettuce, as it has soothing properties that can be used at this stage of life, without causing any harm to the baby. In addition to being able to be consumed during pregnancy, this tea can also be taken by children over 6 months of age.

How to make it: Boil 1 cup of water with 3 leaves of chopped lettuce for 3 minutes. Wait for it to cool, strain, sweeten with honey and then take it.
